SiquiRide Package Tour Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all SiquiRide private tour bookings operated in partnership with local Siquijor guides.

By booking a tour with SiquiRide, you agree to the terms below.

1. Tour Service

SiquiRide offers private island tours in Siquijor including transportation, local driver and guide services.

All tours are operated in partnership with local licensed or experienced guides such as Kuya Tami.

2. Tour Schedule

  • Standard tour time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced tour duration
  • Extensions are subject to availability and additional fees

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are per group package rates
  • A non-refundable deposit of ₱500.00 is required to confirm and secure your booking
  • The remaining balance is due upon arrival on the day of the tour
  • Prices may vary during peak season or holidays

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

 Included:

  • Private tuktuk transportation
  • Driver and local guide
  • Fuel/gas
  • Basic photography assistance
  • Pre-planned island itinerary

 Not Included:

  • Entrance fees
  • Meals and drinks
  • Personal expenses
  • Optional activities not listed in itinerary

5. Weather & Safety Policy

SiquiRide prioritizes guest safety.

In case of bad weather:

  • The itinerary may be adjusted for safety
  • The tour may be rescheduled at no additional cost
  • If rescheduling is not possible, alternative arrangements will be offered

No refunds will be issued for weather-related adjustments where service is still provided safely.

6. 🔁 Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: at least 24–48 hours before tour
  • Same-day cancellation: non-refundable or subject to partial charge
  • No-show bookings: non-refundable
  • The ₱500 deposit is non-refundable in all cancellation cases

7. Private Tour Policy

  • All tours are private (not shared with other groups)
  • Only the booked group will join the tour
  • Itinerary may be customized within time limits

8. Photo & Content Policy

SiquiRide or authorized guides may take photos during tours for:

  • Travel documentation
  • Marketing and promotional use

Guests may request not to be included in promotional materials.

SiquiRide and the partner tour guide reserve the right to use tour photos for promotional purposes unless the guest opts out.

9.  Liability

SiquiRide and its partner guides are not responsible for:

  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Accidents caused by negligence or failure to follow guide instructions
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or external conditions

Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the tour.

10.  Third-Party Services

Some stops include third-party attractions (falls, beaches, resorts). SiquiRide is not responsible for their policies, fees, or operations.

11. 📍 Modifications

SiquiRide reserves the right to:

  • Adjust routes due to weather or safety conditions
  • Substitute stops with similar attractions if needed
  • Update pricing or inclusions without prior notice for future bookings
