Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products Policy
Most products sold by SiquiRide are digital downloads, including:
- DIY Siquijor Travel Guides
- Travel itineraries
- Budget guides
- Maps and travel checklists
- Printable travel resources
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable.
2. Refunds May Be Granted Under These Conditions
We may issue a refund, replacement, or resend access if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order
- The wrong file/product was delivered
- The digital file is corrupted or inaccessible
- You did not receive your download due to a technical issue on our side
- The product significantly differs from the description provided
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase together with proof of the issue.

Affiliate Travel Essentials
Some travel essentials featured or recommended by SiquiRide are affiliate products from third-party platforms or sellers.
SiquiRide does not directly manufacture, stock, ship, or handle these products. Therefore:
- Returns
- Refunds
- Exchanges
- Shipping concerns
- Damaged item claims
must be processed directly with the original seller, marketplace, or platform where the product was purchased.
Please review the seller’s policies carefully before placing an order.
4b. Scooter Rental Bookings
Scooter rental bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental date — full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental date — no refund
- No-shows — non-refundable
- Rentals cut short due to personal reasons — non-refundable for unused days
5. Processing Time
Approved refund or replacement requests are usually processed within 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider or platform used.
