Terms & Conditions – Toreno's Place

Welcome to Toreno's Place. By making a booking or staying at our property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservations

Reservations are subject to room availability and are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message from Toreno's Place or SiquiRide.

Please provide accurate information, including your name, contact number, number of guests and check-in/check-out dates when making a reservation.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 12:00 NN
Check-out: 12:00 NN

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

3. Room Rates & Payment

Room rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

Any required reservation deposit, payment schedule and accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Additional charges may apply for damages, missing items, or extra services requested during your stay.

4. Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.

Failure to arrive without prior notice may result in the cancellation of your reservation and any applicable fees as communicated during booking.

5. Maximum Occupancy

Only the number of guests included in the reservation may occupy the room.

Additional guests must receive prior approval and may be subject to extra charges.

6. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you:

Respect fellow guests and nearby residents.
Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours.
Keep the room clean and dispose of trash properly.
Do not damage or remove any property belonging to Toreno's Place.
Follow all safety instructions provided by the property.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if a guest engages in illegal activities, causes excessive disturbance, or violates these Terms & Conditions.

7. Smoking Policy

Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas, if provided. Smoking inside rooms may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

8. Pets

Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Additional conditions or fees may apply.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Toreno's Place is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property unless required by applicable law.

Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure at all times.

10. Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their group beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

11. Parking

Parking, if available, is provided at the guest's own risk. Toreno's Place is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

12. Force Majeure

Toreno's Place shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, utility outages, or transportation disruptions.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation management, guest communication, and operational purposes. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
