1. Featured Business Advertising

SiquiRide offers promotional advertising opportunities for businesses serving travelers and visitors in Siquijor. Featured placements may include accommodations, restaurants, cafés, scooter rentals, tours and activities, transportation services, wellness businesses and other relevant local experiences.

Featured Business advertising is a promotional service. Placement does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee or recommendation of the advertised business by SiquiRide.

2. Advertising Application & Approval

Businesses interested in advertising may submit their business information through the SiquiRide advertising inquiry form or through the designated SiquiRide contact channel.

Submission of an inquiry does not automatically guarantee publication. SiquiRide reserves the right to review and approve advertising requests before a placement is published.

SiquiRide may decline an advertising request if the business, service, website, promotional material, or proposed content is considered inappropriate, misleading, unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with the SiquiRide brand and traveler-focused environment.

3. Business Information & Advertising Content

The advertiser is responsible for providing accurate and current information, including the business name, category, images, promotional headline, description, contact information and destination URL.

By submitting advertising materials, the advertiser confirms that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use the submitted business names, logos, photographs, graphics, descriptions and other promotional content.

Advertisers must not submit content that is false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, illegal or likely to create confusion regarding the identity or services of the business.

4. Advertising Placement

Featured Business advertising may be displayed on designated SiquiRide website pages or other promotional placements included in the advertising arrangement.

The exact appearance, position, dimensions, and presentation of an advertisement may vary depending on the SiquiRide website design, responsive layout, device and future website updates.

SiquiRide may make reasonable formatting adjustments to submitted advertising materials so that they work properly within the designated placement.

5. Links & External Destinations

An approved Featured Business advertisement may contain a direct link to a business website, booking page, Facebook page, WhatsApp, Messenger or another appropriate destination provided by the advertiser.

The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy, availability, security, and content of any external website or destination connected to the advertisement.

SiquiRide is not responsible for the products, services, transactions, policies, availability, pricing or content of third-party websites.

6. Advertising Fees & Payment

Advertising rates and available packages are provided separately and may vary depending on the advertising arrangement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an advertising placement will only be scheduled for publication after the applicable payment requirements have been satisfied.

SiquiRide may change future advertising rates or packages. Any changes will apply to new advertising arrangements and will not retroactively change an already-confirmed arrangement unless otherwise agreed.

7. Review Before Publication

Where applicable, SiquiRide may provide the advertiser with a proposed presentation for review before publication.

Advertisers are responsible for checking the accuracy of their business information and promotional content before approving the advertisement.

8. Changes to an Advertisement

Requests to change an approved advertisement may be submitted to SiquiRide. Changes are subject to availability and may require additional review before being published.

SiquiRide may also make minor technical or formatting changes when necessary to maintain website functionality, readability, accessibility or compatibility across devices.

9. Advertising Period & Removal

The advertising period, where applicable, will be based on the advertising package or arrangement agreed between SiquiRide and the advertiser.

When an advertising period ends, SiquiRide may remove or deactivate the corresponding placement.

SiquiRide may also temporarily suspend or remove an advertisement when necessary because of website maintenance, technical issues, policy concerns, inaccurate information, legal requirements or other reasonable operational considerations.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions will depend on the advertising package and payment arrangement agreed with the advertiser.

If an advertiser requests cancellation after an advertisement has already been prepared or published, SiquiRide may apply the cancellation terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Any refund, when applicable, will be handled according to the agreed advertising arrangement.

11. No Guaranteed Results

SiquiRide provides advertising placement as a promotional opportunity. SiquiRide does not guarantee a specific number of visitors, impressions, clicks, inquiries, bookings, sales, revenue or other business results from an advertising placement.

Business performance may depend on many factors outside SiquiRide's control, including traveler demand, seasonality, pricing, availability, competition, business reputation, website performance and the quality of the advertiser's offer.

12. Advertiser Responsibility

The advertiser remains solely responsible for its business operations, products, services, prices, availability, customer communications, licenses, permits, legal compliance and transactions with customers.

Publication of an advertisement does not mean that SiquiRide has verified or certified the advertiser's business, licenses, products, services or claims.

13. Prohibited Advertising

SiquiRide does not accept advertising that promotes unlawful activities, fraudulent offers, misleading claims, harmful or unsafe activities, infringing content, or material that is inappropriate for the SiquiRide website or its intended audience.

SiquiRide may reject, suspend or remove advertising that violates these requirements without being required to continue displaying the material.

14. Intellectual Property

SiquiRide retains ownership of its website, branding, design, original content, graphics, systems and other intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

The advertiser retains ownership of its own business materials, subject to the permission granted to SiquiRide to use those materials for the agreed advertising and promotional purposes.

15. Right to Modify or Discontinue Advertising

SiquiRide may modify the design, structure, location or technical implementation of advertising placements as the website evolves.

SiquiRide may discontinue an advertising placement when reasonably necessary due to technical, operational, legal, policy or business considerations.

16. Privacy
